At Burleyfields, conscious discipline means living out of motto “Walk the Burleyfields Way”, by embedding our values into everyday school life. We introduce our school values in age-appropriate ways, using picture books to make them meaningful and relatable. Our school value is independence. We encourage our children to demonstrate this value in all that they do. This approach ensures a safe, supportive environment nurtures the holistic development of every child.

We introduce the value of independence from day one. This book is provided as part of our transition offer to children. When children demonstrate the value of independence they are presented with a ‘Wilf the Wolf’ sticker.
